首先我遇到SQL Server 2017的问题我用Visual Studio 2015隔离Shell解决了这个问题但然后我想尝试从核心2.0开始，但即使是空模板也不行包的问题。

First i have problem with SQL server 2017 I solved this problem with Visual Studio 2015 isolated Shell but then I want to try start with core 2.0 but even Empty template dont work problem with packages.

我无法编译解决方案并且警告在NuGet和包上。

I cant compile solutions and warning is on NuGet and packages.

Seems that he .Net Core 2.0 template is not installed well, please go to Control Panel to uninstall it, re-install .NET Standard 2.0,repair your VS.
