Net frame work 4 seems not installed correctly

Tried with repair tool failed

tried to install 4 downloading from microsoft.Returned with" framework 4.7 or later is already installed on this computer"

Tried enable thru windows feature turned of or on no success

Checked the registry framework 2.0 & 3.5 found under Net framework setup - NDP

Request some early solution to this annoying problem.thanks

I tried to build the same environment (win 10 1089) in my VM machine. But the result is different from you. In my side, I cannot find these entries like " environment, extensibility 3.5 and extensibility 4.7". after that, I received other members who met same issue like you. Same environment, error, turn windows on or off …..

As a result, I help you to report this issue to MS .NET product team, please have a look this thread: developercommunity.visualstudio/content/problem/421852/windows-10-64-bit-1809-net-framework-4-and-472-can.html . you’d better take a vote (As my understanding, if this problem receives a higher vote number, the product team experts will pay more attentions on it.) and if would, add a comment to show more detail info in your side.

Then please be patient waiting for the response from the .NET Product Team Engineers. If there have any updates from there, I will also update the information in here.
