webpack 版本过高引起 初试npx create

创建项目并启动

npm install -g create-react-app，

create-react-app hello-react，

cd hello-react，

pm start

然后成功报错：

问题原因：react项目依赖webpack版本为4.19.1，而我安装的是4.41.1，所以导致失败

大多数解决办事是删除全局和本地的 webpack-cli和webpack

解决问题思路：

SKIP_PREFLIGHT_CHECK=true
