I'm doing programming with Visual Basic 2010. I have made an application that I want to create ".exe" setup files so that it can be installed. I have tried using the InstallShield LE from Visual Studio 2010 but when I run the setup file, the program will be installed well, but when I want to run it, it brings an error saying that this .NET framework 4 is required for the program to work. I googled for solutions but no one was a success to me. I also tried another installer called "Advanced Installer" but the result is the same. Any help please? I have googled and googled.
