问题描述
当我们第一次使用有效密码创建LogonUser时，它会返回成功说User1。
When we first create LogonUser with valid password, it returning success for say User1.
但是之后我们尝试为User1提供不同的密码给LogonUser，它就成功了。但是当我们给出空密码时，它返回错误代码1326。
But after that when we try to give different password for User1 to LogonUser, it sucess. But When we give blank password it return with error code 1326.
