Please see my comment to the question. Sorry, but if you are asking about "header file" in VB.NET, you have no idea about VB.NET, .NET and probably the concepts of programming languages in general. You could not be taught to so anything with PDF (not a very simple activity, will need using one of third-part products) until you take some elementary manual on programming, read it all and at least learn to solve the most basic problems in code. If this is not a confusion but a language problem, I would apologize, but then this is probably too big problem. I cannot advise you to learn English (my own English literacy is quite limited), but you should take into account that this is English forum.
