how to check the bandwidth utilized during ASR replication, I mean how could we see bandwidth utilization during replication or speed by which data is replication ? is there any tool or anything on process or config server that could show how much bandwidth is utilized.

Mostly it depends on your network and the internet speed you have. During replication on the Azure portal you can view replicating item status and stages only. i am not sure you can see the speed of replicating data.
