This seems to be a browser issue and has nothing to do with ASP.NET. If you're written an ASP.NET application and you want your users to be able to print without the URL then as I far as I remember, it's not possible with the current popular browsers. On the other hand, if you want to print some website data from the browser, there's an option to turn if off, but seems to work per session if I remember correctly, that is, use Page Setup before printing.
