Sorry to hear you are suffering from this issue.

Can you please check, if your input is completed? Incomplete input will cause this issue.

If you want to use CNN or other more advanced network structures, please try Azure ML Workbench instead. Azure ML Studio does't have good support beyond basic ANNs.
