Yes you need to update the DNS to point all URL from old server to new servers. Check the IIS bindings as well and make appropriate changes.

一旦所有流量都移至新的WFE服务器，则可以从服务器场中删除旧的WFE服务器.

Once all the traffic is moved to new WFE server, then you can remove the old WFE server from the farm.
