I have an orchestration to extract our business XML then transform it to the EDI xml and publish to the party batch. We can generate the EDI batch file success, but the performance is too slow for us.

For example, our business xml contain 10,000 records, each record will be transform to 1 EDI xml, like 810. The orchestration take less than 3 minutes to extract, transfrom and publish all 10,000 record toEDI xml. We configured the party to release the batch per 1 minutes, BizTalk take over 10 minutes to generate all the batch files(5 files totally and each file within nearly 2000 transactions) Is there any way to optimize the performance? We are using biztalk 2009.
