We are trying to deploy vNet Gateway through ARM template and it was taking 45 minutes, so that we changed the SKU of the vNet Gateway to 'vNetGw3' and it took 20 minutes. But still this is a huge time for our requirement. Can this be reduced?

20分钟是网关创建的时间长度所以这不是ARM模板的问题，而是它们构建需要多长时间。它增加了许多网络内容，所以你无法做任何事情来加快这个速度。

20 minutes is how long Gateways take to create so this isn't an issue with the ARM template, it is just how long they take to build. It adds a lot of network stuff under the covers and so there isn't anything you can do to speed this up.
