I'm building a UWP app targeting the Fall Creators Update. In VS2017 the min target is set to the Fall...Update build 16299 which is fine for running on my desktop but on my phone (Lumia 950xl) the Fall...Update is build 15254. So my app won't run on the phone because the build nbrs are different even though they are supposed to be the same OS. Is this by design? And if so is there a doc that states the differences between the mobile version and desktop version of Fall Creators Update? Also is there a way to target the phone version (build 15254) in VS2017?
