传入的电子邮件未发送到SharePoint库。我们已在Exchange服务器和SharePoint服务器中交叉验证了我们的电子邮件设置，但没有任何问题。

Incoming email is not delivering to the SharePoint Library. We have cross verified our email setup in the Exchange server as well as SharePoint server and there is no issue.

当我选择图书馆设置下的传入电子邮件选项作为"保存按电子邮件主题分组的文件夹中的所有附件"时，电子邮件将传送到图书馆。

When Iselect the incoming email option under library settingas "save all attachments in folders grouped by email subject", email is delivering to the library.

当我选择"保存根文件夹中的所有附件"时，电子邮件附件未在库中接收。

When I select "save all attachments in root folders", email attachment is not receiving in the library.
