Hii everyone，

我在infopath 2010中创建了自己的表单（新的>空白表格>设计表格），在这里一切都是自定义的。 现在i需要将此表格用于PDP页面 （需要将此infopath表单发布到项目详细信息页面中） ..我有InfoPath表单查看器 web部分，但我不知道需要在中指定的值 InfoPath表单网址： ，也 选择项目UID列是空的。 非常感谢任何帮助

I have created my own form in infopath 2010(New>Blank Form>Design Form) , over here everything is customized.Now i need to use this form into PDP pages (need to publish this infopath form into Project details Page)..I have InfoPath form viewerweb part,but i dont know what values need to be specified in InfoPath form URL:,and alsoChoose project UID column is empty.Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi,

The InfoPath form viewer web part from memory uses a central document library under PWA. When you publish the form, you are asked to publish properties, the ProjectUID is mandatory, the Q1 (average weight) and Q2(Total weight) are optional I believe.

The ProjectUID column is required to identify if the form is for a specific project.

The code can be modified to store the infoPath form in a document workspace instead of a central library, if you have a developer available to assist.

Finally, if you look in the web part folder of the downloaded deployment.zip, there is a document entitled 'InfoPath Form Viewer.docx' that takes you through the publishing process etc.
