I have a Browse Screen. At the top of the screen, there are a number of fields that the user can use to filter the data that is displayed in tiles below the filter fields. Initially, no data is displayed until the user selects a filter criteria. When the user selects a filter criteria, if the number of data items that match the filter do not fit in the screen, a scroll bar is correctly displayed. However, the Command Bar at the bottom of the screen is sometimes pushed down after all the tiles, instead of staying docked at the bottom of the screen. This behavior happens in IE and Chrome (I haven't tested with other browsers yet).
