In company code XX, the number range 01 is missing for the year XXXX

Question:

 

When I  made entry in FB50,  the error is displayed: In company code 100, the number range 01 is missing for the year 2011.

 

Solution:

 

 

1. If the last year had existed the number range.

 

Use transaction OBH2

copy the number ranges from one year to another.

 

 

2. If it's your first time to set number range.

 

Use transaction FBN1

 

 

example :

 

NO    Year     From number        To number       Current number

01      9999     000000001           99999999          1

 

 

year 9999 ,  it can works for any fiscal year

Only if current number is 0 , you can delete the intervals.

Number range object通过SNRO来维护。

Number range object可以通过subobject来组织。

Number range的intervals可以是数字，也可以是字母（只适用于external）。Number range number用来标识一个number range，可以是数字也可以是字母。当number range是通过fiscal year来组织的时候，一个number range可以有多个interval。

5个function group用来管理number range object：
