FI04-Fiscal Year & Posting Periods

说明： 本系列文章所用的SAP版本是mySAP ECC6。

会计分期是会计核算的前提之一，SAP系统自然也要进行设置。主要内容如下：

1. Define fiscal Year variant (FYV for short)
2. Assign company code to fiscal year variant
3. Define variants for open posting period
4. Assign posting period variant to company code
5. Open and close accounting periods

一. 基本概念

Fiscal year (FY for short)

按我国会计制度，会计年度一定是按日历年度(calendar year)的1月1日到12月31日，但西方会计制度就没有这一限制，因此FY可能各不相同。英国和香港公司就很流行4月1日到3月31日为一个FY。如果FY和calendar year相同，配置较简单一些，如果与calendar year 不同，就有两种可能性。比如：

1) 2008年度 是从 2008.04 到 2009.03
2) 2008年度 是从2007.04到2008.03

这样在配置时有一个year shift的概念，本文一会儿说明。

Posting periods 和 special periods

SAP系统允许设置12个positng periods以及最多4个special periods。Posting period用来作日常过账之用，special periods用来作年结(year-end)调整之用。但要4个special period有什么用呢，主要是为了增加灵活性。比如将公司自已的调整记入13期间，将审计师的调整记入14期间，这样，财务报表可以有不同的版本。

二. 配置步骤图解

1. Define fiscal year variant

9999公司的FY从4月1日到3月31日，2008年度指从2007.04.01至2008.03.31

注意SAP系统的variant设置都分三步： 1) 建立variant，给定一个identification 2) 填充相关值/或属性，如设置description 3) 分配给一个对象，如company code。

1) 进入Overview界面，按New Entries按钮新建一个variant–Y3。

Year-dependent – 如果每个会计年度的期数及及各期起止时间都不相同，则选中这一项，如果不是，则为year-independent。大多数情况下，fiscal year都是year-independent。

Calendar yr – 是否与日历年度相同
Number of posting periods – 过账期间数
Number of special periods – 特殊期间数

2) 选中Y3 variant这一行，双击 活页夹，对periods进行设置。 注意如果fiscal year与calendar year相同，则不需要此项设置。

以上设置从1到12期各期对应的月份(month)，天数(days)，在fiscal year中的期数(period)及year shift。

Year shift的解释： 2008年第1期对应2008年4月份对应，此时FY与calendar year相同，所以yearr shift 为0，第2期至第9期同理。

而上一年度，即2007年度的第10期，对应2008年1月，FY比calendar year小1，此时，year shfit为-1，表示fiscal year比calendar year小1。

3) 双击 活页夹设置期间的文字描述。可设置不同语言的文字。其中Txt为short text, text为long text

2. Assign company code to fiscal year variant

3. Define posting period variant

定义posting period variant的目的是控制会计期间的open或者close状态，可以设置每个公司一个posting period variant。 如果集团公司有多个company code，这些company code的期间管理全部一样，也可设置一个共同的accounting periods variant，以简化管理。

进入overview界面，按下New Entries按钮，建立一个名为9999的variant.

4. Assign posting period variant to company code

5. Open and close accounting periods

实际上，这一项由应由用户维护。它除了在IMG中有，在FI中也有菜单。

Account type有以下几种

以上设置意思是：对posting period variant 9999(对应company code 9999)所有科目可用期间设为：过账期间从2008.1到2008.12，特殊期间从2008.13到2008.16。

注意事项：
1) 类别A的设置与其它类别的设置要保持一致，如果A设为2008.01期间打开，而S设为2008.02打开，则不可能过账。

2) OB52是设置FI的期间管理，此设置与MM模块的期间设置也要保持一致。MM模块的期间设置比较简单，T-code是：
MMRV 检查MM期间
MMPV 开新的MM期间

3) 此设置也要和固定资产模块AA的期间设置保持一致。AA年度设置的t-code是
AJRW 开新的资产年度
AJAB 关闭旧的资产年度
OAAQ 打开旧的资产年度
