解决·办法：

在虚拟环境中（参考walle安装记录，里面提到使用python3创建虚拟环境），使用pip3，将相关python包升级到指定版本 Flask-SocketIO3.0.2， python-engineio3.13.2， python-socketio==4.2.0。主要是参考下面这张图进行升级：
