手机浏览器如何默认隐藏顶部导航栏和底部的状态栏，求大神支招！！！

目前已试用了mate标签处理，但只有QQ浏览器可以其它浏览器都不兼容，js没有达到预期效果只能上滑才能隐藏，想要默认隐藏，
以下是我用添加的mate标签和js方法：
