I have seen Windows 10(and IoT Core) has WiFi Direct APIs, and have heard tales that Project Rome is designed to be cross platformWiFi Direct, but does this hold up to any degree, is cross-platform integrated into the main APIs, or is a third party solution desirable here(i.e. create my own cross-platform WiFi Direct implementation, similar to FireChat)?
