似乎Azure Web App IP限制不适用于具有自定义域和IP SSL的Web应用程序绑定配置（静态IP地址）。我正在通过Azure门户配置IP限制。

Seems like that Azure Web App IP restrictions does not working on web app with custom domain and IP SSL binding configured (static IP address). I'm configuring IP restrictions through Azure portal.
