I it possible to get access to sound card's primary buffer ? i mean read and write to it ? i found how to write to it using directsound but i cant find anywhere how to read the data from it. Can anyone help me?originally i want to write a sound equalizer that will modyfie all played sounds in the system (by other applications ), and i dont know how to get access mixed buffer to modyfie it ( FFT data ...etc. ) any ideas ?sory for my english (no native speaker)thanks
