vue异常报错解决 Missing ref owner context. ref cannot be used on hois 或者是 Cannot read property ‘refs‘ of n

本地环境报错：[Vue warn]: Missing ref owner context. ref cannot be used on hoisted vnodes.
一部署到生产环境就报错这个：Cannot read property ‘refs’ of null

百度搜了两个关键字没有正确的解答，没有具体行报错，只能一行一行排查过去，发现是v-loading导致的，页面在读取数据需要加个等待加载的效果，这个v-loading需要放在最外层套个div上才行，不能放在里面的组件上
